Objects
The objects of the Company are to carry on activities which benefit the community
and in particular (without limitation):<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To support the creation of \/ or the continuation of projects for children
and young people delivered in the communities across South
Lakeland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To offer direct support to community members or community
organisations to enable them to manage and deliver the services they
feel are most needed for the children and young people they are
working with or for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To provide direct delivery of quality services including: youth club
sessions, school holiday activities, specific programmes and events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To provide direct delivery of quality services that offer a safe and
welcoming place for vulnerable adults to come together for friendship
and a support network which enables members to grow in confidence,
build life and social skills, and to create opportunities to spend leisure
time in a positive and engaging way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To provide the resources and knowledge needed to support groups
regarding: governance, fund-raising, planning and development and
management of resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
