Trips, Forms and Letters

We will keep you up to date about upcoming trips and activities at your local youth club.

Every activity your child attends needs a new health and consent form filling in to ensure we have the correct contact details and health information.

All you need to do is bring the completed Health and Consent form and payment for the trip you wish to attend, to secure your place.

Not all youth clubs will go on the same trips.
